Recipe for making chicken pate

Chicken pate is a delicious dish that can be served as an appetizer or sandwich filling.

Here is a simple recipe for making chicken pate:

Ingredients:

500 g chicken fillet, boiled or fried
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional greens (dill, parsley)

Instructions:

Prepare the chicken fillet by boiling it until tender or frying it in a frying pan with a little oil. Let it cool down.

In a blender or food processor, chop boiled or fried chicken meat.

Add the onion and garlic. Continue to grind until the ingredients are fine.

Add mayonnaise, mustard and butter. Continue stirring in the blender until smooth.

Try it and, if necessary, add salt and pepper to taste. If you want, add fresh herbs such as dill or parsley.

Transfer the pate to a bowl or jar, cover with foil and put it in the refrigerator to cool.

When the pate has cooled, serve it with toast, bread or crackers.
